What does the horrible, heartbreaking, devastating (I could go on) “Red Wedding” episode of Game of Thrones have in common with small business owners? Plenty.

When you own a business, you naturally become a leader in everything you do, whether it’s through making important business decisions or ensuring your employees respect you.

Like Robb Stark (a beloved character in the show) quickly learned, the choices you make as a leader will not only affect those under you, but your reputation, and your odds of victory.

To avoid falling into superfan depression (did I mention this episode was sad?), I thought I would attempt to put a positive spin on things.
